We stayed three nights at this hotel as a family of four with two little children (2 and 7 years old). We booked a Superior Deluxe Room, and overall everything went well at the beginning. The room was very clean, comfortable, and suitable for our family stay. Breakfast was also fine. On our last day, we requested a late check-out because it was mentioned on their website that this could be possible. We only asked for one extra hour, from 10 to 11 AM, because our children were sleeping before our long travel to another country. Unfortunately, around 10 AM the hotel turned off the warm water completely. The water became extremely cold, and nobody in our family could take a shower. Our son was literally waiting in the bath when this happened. When we asked at reception, they first gave excuses about being “eco-friendly,” but later admitted that the boiler was turned off. This became quite a bad experience, especially with small children and cold weather outside. It made us genuinely sad and disappointed on our last day.

Excellent stay in a perfect location! We were traveling with our two newborns, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged two cribs in our room, which made our stay so much more comfortable. I want to thank the hotel staff in this way. I booked the wrong date. The lady came to open the door for me even late in the evening, when the reception has long since stopped working for about 10 minutes. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms are nicely furnished.
